Our staff is dedicated to treating patients with kindness, courtesy and respect. We are passionate about dentistry and delivering quality care to our patients. Our staff is trained and skilled, and each member of our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. Our hygienists have their local anesthesia certifications, our dental assistants have expanded functions certifications, and all staff members are also certified in our office computer software. We also strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars, such as the TBSE (The Best Seminar Ever), the Chicago Mid-Winter meeting, and seminars on periodontal disease.
Front Desk
Damian Parks is our new Office Manager. Damian has 17 years of dental experience, ranging from assisting in the Navy to several office management positions in the private dental field. Damian loves to see patients’ reactions when their lives are changed by achieving a healthy smile! Damian is an avid sports fan and growing up in Michigan, still plays and referees ice hockey! He loves to spend time with his 5 year old son.
Nicki Phelps is a Business Assistant. She has worked at Kellerman Dental since 2007. She lives in East Alton and has lived in this area her whole life. Nicki is married and has two daughters and two sons. Nicki enjoys reading and swimming, she also has played the piano for many years. She loves working with our patients and learning about dental procedures. Something interesting about Nicki is her first given name is Crystal, but she has always gone by Nicki! She also has an accounting degree and is wonderful at tracking all our statistics!
Ashley Harris is a business assistant and has been with Kellerman Dental since late 2011. She currently lives in Columbia and was born in Fort Walton Beach Florida. She recently married in July 2011 with no children yet. Ashley loves going to the Ozarks for mini weekend getaways and for the salt water taffy. Hockey is her favorite sport to watch and she is an avid St Louis Blues fan with David Backes being her favorite player. Most people don't know this, but Ashley likes to put ketchup on almost everything!
Hygiene:
Sam Martinez, RDH is a Dental Hygienist. She graduated at Ozarks Technical Community College and has an associate’s degree in dental hygiene. She has been in the dental field for 13 years and has worked at Kellerman Dental since 2006. Sam lives in Troy and has lived in this area for about six years. She is married and has one daughter and one son. Sam enjoys playing piano and gardening; she loves being outside and spending time with her family. Sam finds the dental field interesting and constantly challenging. She is dedicated to learning everything she can and keeping current and up to date. Some interesting facts about Sam are that Sam’s first given name is actually Pauline, and she has lived in seven different states, and served our country for three years in the US Army!
Jenna Purcell, RDH is a Dental Hygienist. Jenna attended Lewis and Clark Community College and has a degree in dental hygiene. Jenna has been with Kellerman Dental and in the dental field since 2009. Jenna just moved to the area from central Illinois. Jenna was married last year and has a baby on the way! Jenna loves to read, going out to eat, and watching the Biggest Loser. She also loves to stay active and enjoys exercising and sports. It makes Jenna happy helping patients feel good about their smiles. A little-known fact about Jenna is that when she was in the 8th grade, she broke her thumb while bunting in a batting cage! She recommends keeping your thumbs tucked in when practicing in a batting cage.
Dental Assistants:
Dominique Clemons is a Certified Dental Assistant and graduated from Missouri College. She has been in the dental field for six years and has been with Kellerman Dental since 2007. Dominique moved from central Illinois to this area five years ago. Dominique is married and has a little girl with a baby on the way! She loves to stay busy. She enjoys baking, scrapbooking, reading, exercising, outdoor family activities, shopping and listening to 90’s music. A little-known fact about Dominique is that she took her first airplane ride with the Kellerman Dental team last fall to our seminar in Las Vegas, Nevada!
Lisa Hollenkamp has been with Kellerman Dental since early 2010. Lisa lives in Swansea but was born and raised in this area. Lisa is in a committed relationship but as of yet has no children. Lisa is very active, she loves working out, as well as cooking and baking. She also considers TiVo to be the best invention ever – she LOVES TV! Lisa has returned to the dental field after assisting for a year in 2006 and loves being back helping patients with their teeth and seeing their joy when patients are comfortable with their smile. One thing most people don’t know about Lisa is that she feels we should still have gas station attendants. She doesn’t like pumping gas at all!
Jacquelin Adam is the newest addition to Kellerman Dental as a Dental Assistant! She was born in Frankfurt, Germany and speaks, reads and writes German fluently. She started working in the dental field in 2008 focusing on Endodontics. Jackie finds working in the dental field very rewarding and has always felt dental health is important, because a person's teeth are the first thing other's notice! Jackie loves the Japanese culture and is working toward going on a trip to Tokyo!
Amy Rush is a dental assistant and rejoined Kellerman Dental in 2011, she did work here for 2 years previously. She was born in Texas but grew up in Granite City. She has a 5 year old son that is her pride and joy. Amy enjoys spending quality time with her family. An interesting fact about Amy is that she played volleyball in high school until she tore her ACL in a dodgeball game!
